      Our offerings include general janitorial services, floor care, carpet cleaning, window cleaning, and Electrostatic Disinfection. We provide flexible service bundles in your janitorial contract or on an as-needed basis.

      How soon can you begin services?

      Our onboarding process typically takes two weeks from contract signing, after which we can begin servicing your facility.

      Our customer service team is available 24/7. While our office operates Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, and Friday from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, we are reachable anytime via phone or email and respond promptly to all inquiries.

      How frequently do you bill?

      Billing is conducted on a monthly basis

      Do you carry liability insurance?

      Yes, we are fully insured with general liability, workers’ compensation, commercial vehicle liability insurance, and carry a $25,000 janitorial bond.

      Carpet Care

      Do I need to move furniture before the cleaning crew arrives?

      No need to move furniture; our team will handle furniture moving and ensure everything is returned to its place post-cleaning.

      How often should I have my carpets professionally cleaned?

      This varies based on traffic, fiber type, and color of your carpet. We recommend professional cleaning when signs of soiling appear, which could be anywhere from every six months to once a year, with interim maintenance as needed.

      How long will it take for my carpet to dry?

      Carpet drying can take 8-24 hours, depending on humidity, temperature, and airflow. Although walking on your carpet immediately after cleaning is possible, we recommend avoiding wet areas.

      Electrostatic Disinfection

      How long does it take?

      Cleaning and disinfecting a hospital room takes approximately 30-45 minutes with the EvaClean system, which can reduce times by 40%.

      How long does it last?

      While effective at killing pathogens on surfaces, electrostatic disinfection does not prevent recontamination. High-traffic facilities may require frequent treatments.

      Is it safe to use around electronics?

      Yes, as long as the application is not direct and at close range. We advise securing sensitive items before service begins.

      Services can take 2-5 hours depending on the size of the area and the nature of the service. We recommend scheduling after business hours to minimize disruption.
